Datacare Software Group and National Registered Agents Inc Form Strategic Sales and Marketing Alliance
NEW YORK, NY , July 5th 2002 - Datacare Software Group and National Registered Agents Inc (NRAI) have formed a sales and marketing alliance that will aid them in better serving the needs of their existing and future clients.
Clients of the companies will see increased benefits with:
- Integration of Datacare's Global Corporate Manager (GCM) and Corporate Manager (CM) software to NRAI's qualification process. This will allow clients of both companies to file their qualification information directly to the NRAI web site, eliminating the need to enter the same data multiple times.
- Integrated incorporation process. Similar to the qualification process, this will allow Datacare and NRAI clients to use the database features of GCM/CM and upload data to NRAI for electronic processing.
- Integration with NRAI's Corporate eFile module. Corporate eFile is an innovative service that provides online automated filing of the client's Annual Reports. Now GCM/CM users are able to file corporation, LLC, LP and GP taxes in a "real time" environment providing a fast and convenient way to file.
- Integration with NRAI's Corporate forms library. NRAI's extensive library of over 7,000 US forms and resource materials will be made available to all GCM/CM clients, whether or not they use any other NRAI services. NRAI continually updates the library as laws, regulations and procedures change. No additional charges will be incurred for access to either the forms or the updates.
- Discounted pricing of GCM/CM when obtained using NRAI as the Registered Agent. Datacare and NRAI have developed a pricing matrix that will help defer some of the capital costs associated with making a new software purchase. NRAI's extremely competitive pricing makes this combination purchase option very attractive to companies of all sizes.
